Online bidding happens on our separate bidding site, bid.aetherauctions.com, and in the Aether Auctions app, which have their own privacy terms.

Consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number, town, the service you're interested in, and any note you write.
Item photos: the pictures you upload with the photo form, along with your name and contact details.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the region you choose.
Basic device and usage information, such as browser type and pages visited, that websites collect automatically.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule a consultation, and review the items you've shared with us.
To send auction updates if you've signed up for our newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
To keep this website working well and fix problems.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, deliver email, and send our newsletter (Mailchimp), and only so they can do that work for us.
We may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to a legal representative you've authorized, such as the holder of a power of attorney.
If our business is ever merged or sold, the new owner would receive this information and remain bound by this policy until it is changed.
Payments and bidding
This website does not take payments. Bidder accounts and payments are handled on bid.aetherauctions.com and in the Aether Auctions app, where card details are held by a third-party payment processor, not by us.

We keep information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and business obligations.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us by emailing info@aetherauctions.com.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
